Romney offers both residential and commercial pest control. It has service plans for ants, centipedes, beetles, cockroaches, fleas, millipedes, mosquitos, mice, rats, scorpions, silverfish, spiders, bees, wasps, ticks, and termites. As termite problems are common occurrences in Texas, Romney specializes in preventative termite treatments using the Sentricon Baiting System. They also provide full treatment for existing infestations.

The owner of Romney Pest Control claims what sets it apart from other pest control companies is its perfect size to be community-oriented. He claims with most pest management companies you have to choose between a big box that doesn’t care about their customers, or a technician working with inadequate equipment. Do the reviews of Romney Pest Control agree with their claims about their service? Largely, it seems that they very much do. Romney is very well rated across multiple platforms. Individual reviewers write about longtime service with Romney, excellent customer service, and efficient and skilled technicians. Dozens of Romney technicians are mentioned specifically by name as going above and beyond for customers. Several customers mention how impressively Romney’s termite prevention treatments have worked over years. Many reviews talk about dedicated technicians scheduling off-hours trips for treatments or emergencies to accommodate customer schedules. Almost every review discusses how helpful their technicians were with any questions they had.

There are some troubling negative reviews, however. A recurring trend in the reviews is potential customers’ not approving of Romney’s sales practices.
