If you go to their website, all you'll see are steam cleaners and steam cleaning tutorials, which we think is a great sign that this company is dedicated to their craft. They don't do a little of everything, just steam cleaners.
On their customer service side, you'll see that getting to the support page is pretty easy.
Their contact email and number are both listed in plain view with instructions to register your product when buying it.Make sure to do this ASAP, or you will have a hard time with any warranty claims in the future.
Vapamore offers a lifetime warranty on their boiler, internal electric parts, and the heating element. They also offer a 1-year warranty on the accessories.
Even though Vapamore has this great warranty, we had a really hard time finding anyone who successfully redeemed it. This isn't to say that they don't stand by their product, but it is interesting.
Something we found during our research, was that there are A LOT of ways to void your warranty probably resulting in more unhappy customers looking to vent their frustrations on the internet. Usually in this section, we compare various products to see who wins out, but since the McCulloch and Vapamore are in such a tight race, we decided to dedicate this entire section to reviewing them side by side.

First off, let's just state the obvious.
The McCulloch is a bit more affordable than the Vapamore making it a better "budget" option.
